Solution to terrorism

With another deadly attack on Mumbai i was left thinking about a possible solution. Why can terrorists strike at will? There are two major reasons. One. Over population of our cities. Two. Shortage of man power making continuous surveilence impossible. So what can be done.
I think the answer lies in artificial intelligence and robotics. For a year now i've been working on robotics with artificial intelligence integrated. I have made a framework and i'm going to explore its possibilities. Lets see if I can succeed where the entire intelligence system has failed.
